一、基本(ben)情況
江蘇天淮鋼管(guan)(guan)有限公司(si)(si)φ508mm(20in)PQF連軋管(guan)(guan)機組,是(shi)目前(qian)全球最大口徑的三(san)輥(gun)式連軋管(guan)(guan)機組,2012年5月28日熱負荷試車(che)成功。該(gai)機組由(you)中冶(ye)京誠工(gong)程技術有限公司(si)(si)做工(gong)廠設計,主軋線設備由(you)德國梅爾公司(si)(si)、意大利因(yin)西設計制造,設計能力為年產(chan)無縫鋼管(guan)(guan)50萬噸(dun)。自投產(chan)半(ban)年時(shi)間里,生產(chan)Φ377~508mm 規(gui)格鋼管(guan)(guan)共3.8萬噸(dun),產(chan)品質量優良。
二、產品規格(ge)和(he)主(zhu)要品種

外徑:φ245~508mm;
壁厚:6.1~60mm;
長(chang)度:6~15m。
2. 主要品種
管線管、鍋爐用(yong)管、氣瓶管、機械管、液壓支柱(zhu)管,流體輸送管、結構(gou)管等。
3. 工藝流程
φ508mm PQF連軋管(guan)機(ji)組的工藝布置如圖(tu)6-16所示。
工藝流程(cheng)為:合(he)格管坯(pi)→鋸切→冷定(ding)心→環形(xing)爐加熱→高(gao)壓水除磷(lin)→穿孔→吹硼砂(sha)→穿芯(xin)棒→高(gao)壓水除鱗→F連軋→脫管→高(gao)壓水除鱗→定(ding)徑(jing)→冷卻→定(ding)尺鋸切→矯(jiao)直(zhi)→吹吸灰→探傷→人工內外表面檢查→噴標→收集入庫。
三個變形主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)由帶管(guan)坯預旋轉的錐形輥導板式穿孔機(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)架(jia)PQF限(xian)動芯(xin)棒連軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)、12架(jia)單獨(du)傳動的定徑機(ji)(ji)組(zu)成,三大主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)本體設(she)備都由德國MEER公司(si)設(she)計(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造,主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)設(she)備前后臺連線設(she)備由中(zhong)冶京誠(cheng)工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術有(you)限(xian)公司(si)設(she)計(ji)(ji),天津(jin)賽瑞機(ji)(ji)器制(zhi)(zhi)造有(you)限(xian)公司(si)制(zhi)(zhi)造。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)組(zu)采用(yong)更(geng)為完善的先進工(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統-CARTA系(xi)統、嚴格的質量(liang)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統-QAS系(xi)統、物料跟蹤(zong)系(xi)統(MTS)以(yi)及(ji)在(zai)線檢測(ce)系(xi)統等(deng)工(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術,從而確保了熱軋大口徑無縫鋼管(guan)生產(chan)的工(gong)藝(yi)先進性及(ji)穩(wen)定性。
四、主(zhu)要工藝設備及(ji)性(xing)能特點
1. 環形加熱爐(lu)
環形爐(lu)由LOI天津公司(si)設(she)計及制作(zuo),為(wei)降低成本,采(cai)用(yong)高爐(lu)煤(mei)氣和(he)天然氣混合氣作(zuo)為(wei)燃料(liao)。從裝(zhuang)料(liao)到出料(liao)共分(fen)7個加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)控(kong)制段(duan)(duan)(duan),其中第1~2段(duan)(duan)(duan)為(wei)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan),第3~5段(duan)(duan)(duan)為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan),第6~7段(duan)(duan)(duan)為(wei)均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan);其中預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)2段(duan)(duan)(duan)和(he)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)采(cai)用(yong)高爐(lu)煤(mei)氣蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)燒嘴,均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)用(yong)頂(ding)置(zhi)的(de)天然氣平焰燒嘴均熱(re)(re)(re)(re),環形爐(lu)采(cai)用(yong)全自動、先進、可靠的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)工控(kong)制系統測量和(he)控(kong)制爐(lu)子的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)工過程,可根(gen)據不同工況準確匹(pi)配爐(lu)子供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)量,保證(zheng)管坯(pi)按(an)最佳的(de)工藝曲線加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)和(he)保溫。
環形(xing)加熱爐主要參數包括:
中徑(jing):51m;
爐底寬度:5.4m;
最大加熱長(chang)度(du):5.0m;
最(zui)大坯(pi)重:7620kg;
最大加熱(re)能力(li):260t/h;
最大裝出料節奏:90p/h。
2. 錐(zhui)形輥穿孔(kong)機(ji)
該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。
由(you)于(yu)本機組(zu)采用的(de)管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機組(zu)管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直(zhi)(zhi)徑大(da),管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)重(zhong)量也(ye)大(da),為(wei)方便管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)咬(yao)入(ru)(ru),防止(zhi)前(qian)(qian)卡事故(gu),在前(qian)(qian)臺(tai)設置了管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)預(yu)(yu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)裝(zhuang)置,見圖6-17,大(da)管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)在推(tui)鋼機推(tui)入(ru)(ru)軋輥前(qian)(qian)在預(yu)(yu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)的(de)驅(qu)動下旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)起來,這樣很大(da)程度改善了咬(yao)入(ru)(ru)條件(jian),減(jian)少了事故(gu),提高(gao)了軋輥壽命。
該穿(chuan)孔(kong)機后臺一(yi)段(duan)有6組三輥(gun)定心(xin)裝(zhuang)置,后臺二段(duan)的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿采用在(zai)(zai)線小車上(shang)下料、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭采用內(nei)(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)(huan)水冷(leng)(leng)加外部(bu)氣霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)方式,當頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭穿(chuan)廢時隨頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿一(yi)起更換(huan),見圖6-18所示。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿上(shang)料后冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水可直接循環(huan)(huan)到頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭工(gong)作(zuo)段(duan)的(de)內(nei)(nei)腔,在(zai)(zai)軋(ya)制(zhi)及間(jian)(jian)歇不管頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿在(zai)(zai)什(shen)么位置,都(dou)能通過內(nei)(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)(huan)水對(dui)(dui)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭快速冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que);在(zai)(zai)軋(ya)制(zhi)間(jian)(jian)歇時頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿回退到基位后,進入有外部(bu)氣霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)箱對(dui)(dui)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭進行外部(bu)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),氣霧冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)箱中的(de)15道水環(huan)(huan)分(fen)4組控(kong)制(zhi),從(cong)圓周方向分(fen)別對(dui)(dui)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭不同部(bu)位分(fen)別控(kong)制(zhi)時間(jian)(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)水量(liang)來冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),從(cong)而保證(zheng)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭工(gong)作(zuo)段(duan)良好(hao)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)效果。
在以(yi)前18英寸PQF機組(zu)基(ji)礎(chu)上頂(ding)(ding)頭冷(leng)卻形式做了很大改(gai)進,見圖6-19(其中,圖6-19為本機組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)頭結構(gou),圖6-19(b)為原18in頂(ding)(ding)頭結構(gou)),頂(ding)(ding)頭由原來的實(shi)心體改(gai)為空腔體,以(yi)至(zhi)于內部冷(leng)卻水能一(yi)直貫通整個頂(ding)(ding)頭的內腔,使頂(ding)(ding)頭的尖端(duan)及工(gong)作段能得到徹底冷(leng)卻,從而延長了頂(ding)(ding)頭壽命。
本機(ji)組的毛管(guan)橫移采用可(ke)伸縮的大擺臂移送到(dao)硼砂工位,吹完硼砂后由(you)帶(dai)擺動撥叉地(di)面小車將毛管(guan)移送到(dao)PQF連軋機(ji)前臺(tai)。
穿孔機主要參(can)數包(bao)括:
最大(da)/最小軋輥直徑:1700mm/1550mm;
最大(da)出口速度:0.8m/s;
最大(da)軋制(zhi)力矩:3165kN·m;
主電機(ji)功率:8200kW×2臺;
主電機最大轉速:354r/min;
氣霧冷(leng)卻(que)系統:水(shui)壓0.5~0.7MPa;氣壓0.4~0.5MIPa。
3. PQF連軋管機
本機(ji)組PQF連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)為(wei)5機(ji)架的軸向換輥(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)見圖6-20,優點是隧(sui)道式筒(tong)形(xing)牌(pai)坊剛度(du)及強度(du)好,傳動(dong)布(bu)置(zhi)緊湊,軋(ya)制(zhi)穩定(ding)性好。每架軋(ya)機(ji)的三個互成120°的軋(ya)輥(gun)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在獨立的軋(ya)制(zhi)單元一軋(ya)輥(gun)小機(ji)架內(nei),安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在隧(sui)道上的伺(si)服(fu)液壓小倉,可(ke)以(yi)對軋(ya)輥(gun)輥(gun)縫進行同步(bu)調整也(ye)可(ke)以(yi)單獨調整,即采用了輥(gun)縫自動(dong)控制(zhi)系統(HCCS),從而保(bao)證(zheng)了軋(ya)制(zhi)質量,另外(wai),該連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)在生產過程(cheng)中采用了工藝過程(cheng)控制(zhi)系統(PSS),實現了溫(wen)度(du)補償、咬入(ru)沖(chong)擊控制(zhi)、錐形(xing)芯棒伺(si)服(fu)和(he)頭尾削尖等功能。
由于該機(ji)組(zu)軋制節奏(zou)較慢(最(zui)快40s/支(zhi)),只(zhi)有在(zai)線穿(chuan)芯(xin)棒方式,不設預(yu)穿(chuan)線,減(jian)少了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒在(zai)線數量,減(jian)少了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒與毛管(guan)接觸時(shi)間,減(jian)少了(le)(le)毛管(guan)的溫降,提高了(le)(le)芯(xin)棒壽命,節省(sheng)了(le)(le)設備投資。
連(lian)軋機主要參數包括:
荒管外徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;
軋輥(gun)直(zhi)徑(jing):φ1060~1130mm;
最(zui)大入(ru)口速度:1.5m/s;
最大(da)出口速度(du):4.0m/s;
最大軋制(zhi)力:620kN;
最大軋制(zhi)力矩:250kN·m;
電機功率:1~4號機架各3×1000kW,5機架為3×500kW;
限動力:2900kN;
限動電機功率:500kW×6臺;
限動最大前進速度(du):2.5m/s;
限動最大(da)返(fan)回速(su)度(du):4.5m/s;
軋制中限動速度(du):1.5m/s。
4. 定徑機
采(cai)用12架(jia)(jia)(jia)三輥式定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji),見圖(tu)6-21,每架(jia)(jia)(jia)都有(you)一臺電機(ji)驅動(dong),機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)采(cai)用傘(san)齒(chi)輪內傳動(dong)結構,在機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)外(wai)有(you)一根傳動(dong)軸通過聯軸器與12架(jia)(jia)(jia)組合式的減(jian)速器相連接,奇偶架(jia)(jia)(jia)的電機(ji)前(qian)后排上下兩層排列,整個定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)布(bu)置(zhi)緊湊。該機(ji)組在定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)前(qian)設置(zhi)了高(gao)壓水除鱗裝(zhuang)置(zhi),提高(gao)鋼管的外(wai)表面質量,延長軋輥壽命(ming)。
定徑機(ji)主要參數包括:
軋輥(gun)名義直徑:φ1000mm;
機架間距(ju):880mm;
入口(kou)鋼管速度:0.8~1.5m/s;
出(chu)口(kou)鋼管速度:0.85~2.0m/s;
電機功率:350kW×12臺;
電機轉速:200~600/1200r/min。
五、機(ji)組工(gong)藝控制系(xi)統(tong)和(he)質量保證系(xi)統(tong)
PQF三(san)輥(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管機(ji)組(zu)數(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)不(bu)斷增多,使(shi)得PQF連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管機(ji)的(de)(de)工藝控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)和質量(liang)(liang)保證系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)不(bu)斷提高(gao)完(wan)善,從而保證了更好的(de)(de)產品質量(liang)(liang),更高(gao)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)材率和設備利用率以(yi)及(ji)較低的(de)(de)工具消(xiao)耗(hao)。整個(ge)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)過程管理系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)包括通常所(suo)說的(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等在內的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)以(yi)及(ji)QAS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)兩(liang)大部分組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。整個(ge)熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)線的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)用來生產計劃及(ji)生產管理的(de)(de)工藝控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿孔(kong)機(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管機(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)定(ding)徑機(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)三(san)部分組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng),其中PQF軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管CARTA是(shi)核心部分,穿孔(kong)機(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是(shi)工藝參數(shu)(shu)設定(ding)、頂頭導板(ban)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)等軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制工具設計等內容;張減機(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是(shi)孔(kong)型設計、工藝參數(shu)(shu)設定(ding)等內容。QAS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)用于熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)線質量(liang)(liang)控制的(de)(de)檢測系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。
六、在線檢測質(zhi)量保證系統QAS
QAS是一個在(zai)線獨立工(gong)作站,通過對物料(liao)的(de)跟(gen)(gen)蹤(zong)檢測(ce)(ce),對數(shu)據進行收集分析和存儲,并將分析的(de)結果及(ji)(ji)時反饋給CARTA系統以(yi)(yi)實(shi)施(shi)對物料(liao)的(de)控(kong)(kong)制,保(bao)(bao)證鋼管(guan)(guan)質量(liang)。QAS檢測(ce)(ce)的(de)具體內(nei)容(rong)包括:管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)稱重以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制坯(pi)料(liao)超(chao)重,實(shi)現坯(pi)料(liao)跟(gen)(gen)蹤(zong);環形爐出口測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)優化管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)加熱,滿足穿孔及(ji)(ji)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)工(gong)藝(yi)要求,確(que)保(bao)(bao)鋼管(guan)(guan)質量(liang);穿孔后測(ce)(ce)長以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)幾何(he)尺寸(cun),確(que)保(bao)(bao)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)咬入及(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制的(de)穩定(ding);芯(xin)棒(bang)潤滑前測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)滿足芯(xin)棒(bang)噴涂潤滑劑的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)要求,確(que)保(bao)(bao)鋼管(guan)(guan)內(nei)表面(mian)質量(liang)和芯(xin)棒(bang)使用(yong)壽命(ming);連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)人口測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)度確(que)保(bao)(bao)軋(ya)(ya)機正(zheng)常咬入及(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)制的(de)穩定(ding)性;連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)后測(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)長測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)出口荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)幾何(he)尺寸(cun),確(que)保(bao)(bao)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)壁厚精(jing)度;定(ding)徑前測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)度,確(que)保(bao)(bao)定(ding)徑軋(ya)(ya)制穩定(ding)性。
七、機組(zu)特點(dian)
1. 增大管(guan)坯直(zhi)徑(jing),降低穿孔的(de)擴徑(jing)率,提高毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)幾何(he)尺寸精度
與(yu)相(xiang)近機組(zu)相(xiang)比(如表(biao)6-11所(suo)示),該機組(zu)增(zeng)大(da)(da)(da)管(guan)坯直(zhi)徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意義在(zai)于:對(dui)于環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu),大(da)(da)(da)口徑(jing)厚(hou)壁管(guan)生產時降低了(le)(le)坯料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)長度(du),設計中減(jian)少了(le)(le)環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中徑(jing),在(zai)環(huan)(huan)形爐(lu)建(jian)設中減(jian)少了(le)(le)近5%投資;對(dui)于穿(chuan)孔機而言,管(guan)坯外(wai)徑(jing)增(zeng)大(da)(da)(da)了(le)(le),但毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)幾何(he)尺(chi)寸和同類機組(zu)一樣,這樣毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)擴徑(jing)率降低了(le)(le)近10%,在(zai)穿(chuan)孔斜軋(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中,大(da)(da)(da)大(da)(da)(da)降低了(le)(le)軋(ya)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)橫向(xiang)變形,能很好抑制穿(chuan)孔的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)附加變形程(cheng)度(du),提高毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)幾何(he)尺(chi)寸精度(du)。

與φ460機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)相比,天(tian)淮508機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔后臺(tai)二(er)段形式(shi)徹底改進,針對大機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)節(jie)奏較(jiao)慢(man)(最快(kuai)40s以上)的(de)(de)(de)特點,為(wei)提高(gao)設備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)運行穩定(ding)性,增加頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)上下料小(xiao)車(che),實現頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)的(de)(de)(de)在線(xian)(xian)循環(huan),改變(bian)了(le)同(tong)類(lei)錐(zhui)形穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)單頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)在線(xian)(xian)自動(dong)快(kuai)換頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭模式(shi)(設備(bei)精度(du)要求較(jiao)高(gao)),采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭和頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)通(tong)過(guo)過(guo)盈(ying)錐(zhui)面配合(he)外加定(ding)位銷連接(jie),見圖6-19,并線(xian)(xian)外裝配作(zuo)業(ye),這樣減少(shao)了(le)換規格過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)設備(bei)調整(zheng)時間(jian),改進后還避免生產過(guo)程(cheng)中在線(xian)(xian)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭安裝不(bu)上出現無頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭軋制工藝(yi)事故,節(jie)省(sheng)了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)消耗和工藝(yi)事故擴大化造成的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)械故障,節(jie)省(sheng)工具費用同(tong)時提高(gao)了(le)作(zuo)業(ye)率。另外,采用頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更換小(xiao)車(che)形式(shi),換孔型時提前準備(bei)好新孔型的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan),10min 內完成穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更換,較(jiao)同(tong)類(lei)型機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔孔型更換時換頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)節(jie)省(sheng)近90%的(de)(de)(de)時間(jian)。
3. 改進了穿孔機組頂頭的(de)冷卻方(fang)式
天淮φ508機組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi)增加了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)并(bing)(bing)改進(jin)了外水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),該機組(zu)(zu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)能直接到(dao)達(da)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)腔體(ti)內(見圖6-19),設(she)計(ji)時增加了內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓,由同(tong)類機組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)8bar增加到(dao)12bar,提高了冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)速率(lv)。改進(jin)了外水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),在(zai)同(tong)類穿(chuan)孔機組(zu)(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)更換(huan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)(de)位置,設(she)計(ji)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)外冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專用裝(zhuang)置,該裝(zhuang)置采用氣霧(wu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),見圖6-18,并(bing)(bing)配(pei)套電(dian)氣控制(zhi)系統,根據頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)規格和(he)溫度調整噴吹壓力和(he)時間,保證頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)均(jun)(jun)勻,避免了軋制(zhi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)高溫頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)不均(jun)(jun)造成頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)開裂報廢。該機組(zu)(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)內外水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)(shi),從(cong)近(jin)半年(nian)生產統計(ji)鍛造頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平均(jun)(jun)壽命(ming)達(da)到(dao)450支(zhi)(個別達(da)到(dao)900支(zhi))以上,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)平均(jun)(jun)壽命(ming)是其他同(tong)類機組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5倍以上。
4. 連(lian)軋短管模式
為(wei)保證大口(kou)(kou)徑厚(hou)壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的生產,連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組增加短管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式(shi)(shi),設計中連(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)與脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)間距為(wei)11.5m,在生產短于11.5m大口(kou)(kou)徑超厚(hou)壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時,開(kai)發連(lian)軋(ya)的短管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式(shi)(shi),在設計過程中考(kao)慮實(shi)現(xian)(xian)最(zui)短8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產,脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)選型時保證低(di)速(su)性(xing)能穩(wen)定,依靠(kao)限動齒(chi)條將連(lian)軋(ya)后(hou)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)送進(jin)脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji),這(zhe)時脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的線速(su)度(du)和限動速(su)度(du)一致,咬入后(hou)脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)升速(su)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和芯棒脫(tuo)開(kai)。
5. 為(wei)保證大口(kou)徑薄壁管表面(mian)質(zhi)量,移送設(she)備創新結構,做到輕拿輕放
為保(bao)證大(da)(da)口(kou)徑(jing)薄(bo)(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)表面(mian)質量,防(fang)止鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)移(yi)(yi)送(song)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)出(chu)現嗑(ke)傷(shang)及劃(hua)(hua)痕(hen)現象,本機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)及脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)后(hou)橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)鏈(lian)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)都(dou)(dou)進(jin)行改進(jin)創新。在(zai)(zai)(zai)ф460mm機(ji)組(zu)(zu)中(zhong)(zhong),毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)從三輥(gun)定心(xin)由(you)一個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)出(chu)由(you)另一個(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)接料(liao)(liao)(liao)放到(dao)(dao)旋轉托輥(gun)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)吹(chui)硼砂(sha),見圖6-22(a),吹(chui)完(wan)硼砂(sha)后(hou)由(you)高(gao)(gao)架(jia)小(xiao)車移(yi)(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)帶高(gao)(gao)度調整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)(liao)鞍(an)座(zuo)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang),毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)滾落到(dao)(dao)鞍(an)座(zuo)輥(gun)道上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)進(jin)而(er)由(you)連軋(ya)前臺的(de)(de)(de)回轉臂取走;防(fang)止大(da)(da)口(kou)徑(jing)薄(bo)(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(特別是徑(jing)壁(bi)大(da)(da)于48)在(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)滾動中(zhong)(zhong)出(chu)現的(de)(de)(de)嗑(ke)傷(shang)和(he)劃(hua)(hua)痕(hen),天淮ф508mm機(ji)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此進(jin)行了(le)改進(jin)創新,見圖6-22(b),三輥(gun)定心(xin)出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)由(you)可伸(shen)縮的(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)擺臂移(yi)(yi)送(song)到(dao)(dao)硼砂(sha)工(gong)位,吹(chui)完(wan)硼砂(sha)后(hou)由(you)地面(mian)小(xiao)車的(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉將毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)取走,小(xiao)車到(dao)(dao)行程(cheng)(cheng)后(hou),小(xiao)車上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉將毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)移(yi)(yi)到(dao)(dao)垂直升降的(de)(de)(de)放料(liao)(liao)(liao)叉,小(xiao)車回退(tui),然后(hou)由(you)連軋(ya)前臺的(de)(de)(de)回轉臂取走毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)(zai)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)三次接力(li)傳遞(di)中(zhong)(zhong)都(dou)(dou)避免了(le)在(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉及鞍(an)座(zuo)臺架(jia)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)滾動沖擊,都(dou)(dou)是輕拿輕放,避免了(le)嗑(ke)傷(shang)和(he)劃(hua)(hua)痕(hen),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了(le)表面(mian)質量。另外,本機(ji)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)(zai)(zai)脫(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)后(hou)橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)鏈(lian)冷(leng)床入口(kou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)采(cai)用了(le)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)防(fang)護(hu)機(ji)構(gou)(gou),見圖6-23,當鏈(lian)床的(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂抬起過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)附帶在(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)防(fang)護(hu)板也隨之升起以保(bao)護(hu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)防(fang)止在(zai)(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)嗑(ke)傷(shang),當撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂落下時(shi)反向連桿機(ji)構(gou)(gou)使防(fang)護(hu)板也落下,將鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)慢慢放下,從而(er)避免了(le)在(zai)(zai)(zai)以前18in機(ji)組(zu)(zu)上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)薄(bo)(bo)臂管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)總在(zai)(zai)(zai)小(xiao)冷(leng)床入口(kou)嗑(ke)傷(shang)的(de)(de)(de)后(hou)果。在(zai)(zai)(zai)天淮φ508mm機(ji)組(zu)(zu)中(zhong)(zhong),類似以上(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)(shang)保(bao)護(hu)措施及結構(gou)(gou)應用較多(duo),進(jin)一步(bu)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)了(le)大(da)(da)口(kou)徑(jing)薄(bo)(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)質量。
八、結論
Φ508mmPQF機(ji)組是當今世界上(shang)最大(da)(da)的熱連軋管生產機(ji)組,擁有了(le)世界上(shang)最先進(jin)的工藝設(she)計和過(guo)程控制水平,同時設(she)計過(guo)程中對同類機(ji)組的不足之(zhi)處和薄弱環節進(jin)行(xing)了(le)重大(da)(da)改進(jin),創(chuang)新了(le)5項技術:
1. 在(zai)吸收以(yi)往的(de)MPM和PQF機(ji)(ji)組(zu)經驗(yan)的(de)基(ji)礎上,采用(yong)8200kW大功率穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)加大了穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)變形量(liang),減(jian)小了后續工序變形,穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)延伸(shen)系數最大能夠達到4.7。并設(she)計(ji)減(jian)小了穿(chuan)孔(kong)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)與連(lian)軋芯棒之間的(de)間隙(xi),因此更(geng)有利于生(sheng)(sheng)產薄(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和高合金管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),已成功生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)徑(jing)壁(bi)比達到56。同(tong)時最大限度地消(xiao)除(chu)了PQF軋機(ji)(ji)的(de)內(nei)壁(bi)傷問(wen)題,提高了鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)壁(bi)厚(hou)精度和均勻度。表6-12及(ji)圖6-24為φ508mm機(ji)(ji)組(zu)生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)取樣情況:A~H為沿鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)同(tong)一斷面(mian)測得的(de)8個壁(bi)厚(hou)數據(ju)。由(you)圖表可知鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)各斷面(mian)的(de)壁(bi)厚(hou)偏(pian)差(cha)率都在(zai)±8%以(yi)內(nei)。
2. 穿孔機組(zu)采用(yong)新型的頂桿和(he)頂頭連(lian)接和(he)更(geng)換方式(shi),保證設備運行穩定,減少(shao)了事故,提高了作業率,降低了頂桿費用(yong)。
3. 穿(chuan)孔(kong)機組頂頭(tou)增加了內水(shui)冷并設計(ji)外水(shui)冷裝置,保(bao)證頂頭(tou)冷卻(que)(que)均勻(yun),提高了頂頭(tou)冷卻(que)(que)效(xiao)果,頂頭(tou)壽命提高近50%,為同(tong)類(lei)機組提供了改進(jin)技術。
4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚(hou)壁管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。
5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大(da)口徑薄(bo)壁管(guan)移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
