我國從1985年開始該機組的引進,洪都鋼管廠是第一個建設該機組的工廠。引進的是改進型的全浮動三輥軋管機,產品規格范圍從Φ63~80mm。
所謂的改進型三輥軋管機。其結構上的區別在軋管機入口端的輥頸軸承裝在活動牌坊上,活動牌坊與一液壓缸相連。啟動液壓缸可按要求快速改變軋輥的喂人角。因為軋制薄(bo)壁管的主要問題在毛管的尾端,改進型三輥軋管機的解決辦法是在毛管尾端產生一小段壁厚較厚的毛管,以便給相鄰的薄壁管以足夠的支撐。這種解決辦法是這樣實現的。開始時,軋機的喂入角調整得較小,當毛管前端通過軋輥后,迅速將喂入角調大,然后,當軋至毛管后端時,又重新快速將喂人角調小。由于軋輥軸安裝的幾何關系,減小軋機喂入角不僅改變喂入效率,而且可打開輥喉,所以就產生一小段厚壁管。
傳(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)的(de)Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機采用1個電機傳(chuan)(chuan)動,通過齒輪箱帶動3個軋(ya)(ya)輥。雖然(ran)軋(ya)(ya)輥的(de)速度(du)相同,但由(you)于軋(ya)(ya)輥上的(de)負荷分配不(bu)均(jun)。導(dao)致(zhi)軋(ya)(ya)制時荒管(guan)(guan)壁厚不(bu)均(jun)和后端不(bu)圓(yuan)。由(you)于尾三角的(de)原(yuan)因,只能生(sheng)產(chan)產(chan)D/SS不(bu)大于12的(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)。
Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機組經過近一個世紀(ji)的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)之(zhi)后(hou),軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鋼管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)不斷加大(da)(da)。這使得芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)變(bian)得越來(lai)越重(zhong)(zhong)。由(you)(you)此而(er)(er)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)問題是,笨重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)重(zhong)(zhong)達數噸,給芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)操(cao)作和運(yun)輸帶來(lai)了(le)(le)很大(da)(da)困難,并(bing)(bing)且直(zhi)(zhi)接影響到軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)鋼管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量。芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)量在某種程度(du)(du)(du)上制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)約了(le)(le)大(da)(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)鋼管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產。經過一段時間的(de)(de)(de)摸索(suo)之(zhi)后(hou)。當今限動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)Assel 軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機組可(ke)以滿足大(da)(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)鋼管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產。限動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機的(de)(de)(de)技術特點(dian)是在軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)過程中控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)進速(su)度(du)(du)(du),使荒(huang)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)進速(su)度(du)(du)(du)大(da)(da)于芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)進速(su)度(du)(du)(du),芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)進距(ju)(ju)離(li)遠遠小于荒(huang)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)前(qian)(qian)進距(ju)(ju)離(li)。根(gen)據限動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)上述軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)特點(dian),便可(ke)根(gen)據生(sheng)(sheng)產需要確定芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)長度(du)(du)(du),并(bing)(bing)通(tong)過減少軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)長度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)來(lai)縮短芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)長度(du)(du)(du),從而(er)(er)減輕芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)量。對Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機的(de)(de)(de)實驗(yan)研究(jiu)分析表明,浮動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)限動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)之(zhi)間有(you)很大(da)(da)差別,相(xiang)比之(zhi)下限動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)具有(you)更多優點(dian):首先,取(qu)消了(le)(le)荒(huang)管(guan)與(yu)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)之(zhi)間的(de)(de)(de)脫(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)系(xi)統,不僅減少了(le)(le)設備的(de)(de)(de)投入,還由(you)(you)于芯(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)(bang)不參與(yu)運(yun)輸而(er)(er)使得軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)的(de)(de)(de)鋼管(guan)成為可(ke)能(neng);其次,可(ke)減小附加應力,增大(da)(da)減徑(jing)(jing)量,保證了(le)(le)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量。
大直徑(jing)Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)組上(shang)采(cai)用單(dan)獨(du)(du)直接(jie)傳動。這一結(jie)構的(de)(de)(de)優(you)點是(shi),可以騰(teng)出(chu)更多的(de)(de)(de)空間來(lai)布(bu)置出(chu)口臺,以生產大直徑(jing)的(de)(de)(de)鋼管(guan);可以用改變每個軋(ya)(ya)輥速度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)方法來(lai)補(bu)償由于負荷(he)分配不(bu)均而引起的(de)(de)(de)軋(ya)(ya)制速度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)差異,并能補(bu)償軋(ya)(ya)輥外徑(jing)不(bu)完全相等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)差異。軋(ya)(ya)輥采(cai)用單(dan)獨(du)(du)傳動,并且(qie)為軸向出(chu)料直接(jie)進入定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji),中間不(bu)設置再加(jia)熱爐,這些(xie)都是(shi)當今Assel軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)獨(du)(du)特之處(chu)。
