不銹鋼管道分支(zhi)處補強方(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)(de)選(xuan)擇,一般是通過定(ding)性(xing)分析和定(ding)量(liang)計算相結合(he)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)來確定(ding)。定(ding)量(liang)計算的(de)(de)詳細講(jiang)述見本書第(di)三(san)章(zhang)中支(zhi)管連(lian)接形式(shi)的(de)(de)選(xuan)用(yong)與強度計算工程(cheng)應用(yong)。
1. 分支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)方(fang)(fang)式的(de)選(xuan)用,主要根據管(guan)道的(de)設計溫(wen)度、設計壓力(li)、腐(fu)蝕余(yu)量等設計條(tiao)件(jian)確定。分支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)基本(ben)為兩種,對(dui)于(yu)低壓大直(zhi)徑管(guan)則直(zhi)接(jie)把分支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)焊于(yu)主管(guan)上;其他多數是(shi)利用分支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)件(jian)進行(xing)分支(zhi)(zhi)。
①. 當(dang)從(cong)主管(guan)引出支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan),支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)直徑(jing)與主管(guan)直徑(jing)的(de)比(bi)值(zhi)大(da)于等于0.5時,采(cai)(cai)用異徑(jing)三(san)通或等徑(jing)三(san)通;當(dang)主支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)為等徑(jing)時,應(ying)采(cai)(cai)用三(san)通。GB 50316規定:公稱壓力大(da)于或等于10MPa的(de)管(guan)道,主支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)為異徑(jing)時,不宜(yi)采(cai)(cai)用焊(han)接支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan),宜(yi)采(cai)(cai)用三(san)通或在主管(guan)上開孔并焊(han)接支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)臺。當(dang)主管(guan)直徑(jing)大(da)于DN65而支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)直徑(jing)為DN40和以(yi)下時,根據(ju)設計壓力的(de)大(da)小,采(cai)(cai)用支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)臺或半管(guan)接頭。
有(you)的規范規定,一(yi)般(ban)主管尺(chi)寸(cun)的一(yi)半并(bing)降低(di)兩個尺(chi)寸(cun)系列,就沒(mei)(mei)有(you)三通(tong)可(ke)供使用了,如主管為12”,標(biao)準三通(tong)一(yi)般(ban)可(ke)做(zuo)到5"(不常用的口(kou)徑),再低(di)就沒(mei)(mei)有(you)三通(tong)可(ke)供選用了。
②. 普通無(wu)腐蝕(shi)性的(de)低溫(wen)介質(如(ru)LNG),在中、低壓條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(一般不大(da)于9MPa),小尺寸(cun)的(de)分支(≤2”),選(xuan)用半管接頭(half coupling),在高(gao)壓條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)下(xia)(一般大(da)于9MPa),小尺寸(cun)的(de)分支(≤2")選(xuan)用對焊(han)支管座(weldolet)。
③. 普通(tong)無腐蝕性的低溫介質(如LNG),在中、低壓條(tiao)件下(一般<6MPa),大(da)(da)尺寸(cun)(cun)的分支(zhi)(>2”),選(xuan)用補強板連接(reinforcing pad);在高(gao)壓條(tiao)件下(一般大(da)(da)于(yu)6MPa),大(da)(da)尺寸(cun)(cun)的分支(zhi)(>2”)選(xuan)用對(dui)焊(han)支(zhi)管座(Weldolet)。
④. 等(deng)級表(biao)中(zhong)低溫管(guan)道的分支形(xing)式主要包括(kuo)標準三通、半(ban)管(guan)接頭、對焊支管(guan)座(zuo)、補強板連接、直接開(kai)口(kou)(較少)等(deng)形(xing)式。
⑤. 其他工況(kuang)支管連(lian)接(jie)方式的選(xuan)用:
a. 主管(guan)直徑(jing)小于DN50時,支管(guan)小于主管(guan),則用異徑(jing)三通(tong)或等(deng)徑(jing)三通(tong)加異徑(jing)短管(guan)。
b. 設計壓力(li)等于(yu)或(huo)(huo)大(da)(da)于(yu)2.0MPa、設計溫度(du)超過250℃以(yi)及支管(guan)(guan)與主管(guan)(guan)公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑之(zhi)比大(da)(da)于(yu)0.8,或(huo)(huo)承受機械振動(dong)、壓力(li)脈動(dong)和溫度(du)急劇變化的管(guan)(guan)道分支,應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)等徑異(yi)徑三通;公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑小于(yu)或(huo)(huo)等于(yu)40mm的管(guan)(guan)道,應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)承插焊(han)(或(huo)(huo)螺紋)鍛制三通;公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑等于(yu)或(huo)(huo)大(da)(da)于(yu)50mm的管(guan)(guan)道,應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)對(dui)焊(han)三通、對(dui)焊(han)加強管(guan)(guan)接頭(對(dui)焊(han)支管(guan)(guan)臺)或(huo)(huo)嵌(qian)入式(鞍形)支管(guan)(guan)接頭。
c. 支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通過(guo)加強(qiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)(支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)與(yu)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)是指(zhi)將一個螺紋(wen)、承(cheng)插焊或對焊的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)或半管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)(支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)直接(jie)焊于(yu)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上(shang)而制成,螺紋(wen)、承(cheng)插焊支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺用于(yu)直徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)。螺紋(wen)、承(cheng)插焊支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺在(zai)任何情況(kuang)下其額定等級應大于(yu)等于(yu)2000lb。
d. 其他(ta)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)可用直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie),但必(bi)須經校核(he)后明確是(shi)否(fou)增加補(bu)強。直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)在(zai)主管(guan)(guan)上(shang)的支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),不宜用于有機械振動、壓力脈動和溫度急劇變化的部位及設計溫度超(chao)過425℃的管(guan)(guan)道,當支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處承(cheng)受由于支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)熱變形,外荷載及支(zhi)架位移等引起(qi)的應力時,應對附加荷載在(zai)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處產生的影響(xiang)進行分(fen)析并(bing)采取必(bi)要的加強措施。
⑥. 依(yi)據管道等級(ji)中已經確定(ding)的法(fa)蘭壓力等級(ji)或公稱壓力來選用支(zhi)管連接件。
一(yi)般,當(dang)法(fa)蘭的公(gong)稱壓(ya)(ya)力(li)公(gong)稱壓(ya)(ya)力(li)≤2.5MPa(磅級(ji)系列(lie)≤150lb)時,綜合(he)考慮其他工況(kuang)后,支管(guan)(guan)可直接焊(han)接在主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)上;當(dang)公(gong)稱壓(ya)(ya)力(li)≥4.0MPa(磅級(ji)系列(lie)公(gong)稱壓(ya)(ya)力(li)≥300lb)時,則根(gen)據主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)支管(guan)(guan)公(gong)稱直徑的不同按對焊(han)三通、對焊(han)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)管(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)、承插(cha)焊(han)或螺紋(wen)連接三通、承插(cha)焊(han)或螺紋(wen)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)管(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)的順序選(xuan)用。
2. 管件壁厚
在確定支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)根據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)等(deng)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)原則以及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)方式而定。例如(ru),當(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)采用(yong)對焊(han)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)應(ying)一致(zhi);而當(dang)(dang)(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)采用(yong)承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺紋連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),標準的(de)(de)(de)承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)焊(han)和螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)只有Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最低(di)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)就是Sch80,也就是說只要當(dang)(dang)(dang)承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)所連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)不(bu)大(da)于(yu)Sch80時(shi)(shi),承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)就選(xuan)Sch80。而當(dang)(dang)(dang)所連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)大(da)于(yu)Sch80時(shi)(shi),承(cheng)插(cha)(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺紋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)(hao)就選(xuan)Sch60或(huo)XXS。
當對焊(han)三(san)通主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)(guan)所(suo)連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號不同時(shi),應(ying)注意三(san)通主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)(guan)端部的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號應(ying)分別與其所(suo)連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號相同,這(zhe)樣就非常方便管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)施(shi)工,管(guan)(guan)(guan)件不必現場再打坡口。
3. 支管直(zhi)接焊(han)于主管的補強計算(suan)
GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等(deng)規范與ASME B31.3關于面積補強法的計算(suan)基(ji)本相同。
