1. 延遲焦化裝置工藝流程簡介


  焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)過(guo)程(cheng)是以渣油(you)等重質(zhi)油(you)為原料(liao),在(zai)高溫(wen)(500~550℃)下進行深度(du)熱裂化(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)應的(de)一種熱加工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)。在(zai)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)技術發展的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),曾經出現(xian)過(guo)多(duo)種工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)形式,其中(zhong)一些(xie)已(yi)經被淘汰,目(mu)前主要存在(zai)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)形式是延(yan)遲(chi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、流(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)和靈活(huo)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。世界上85%以上的(de)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)處理都屬延(yan)遲(chi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)類型,只有少數國家(jia)(如(ru)美(mei)國)的(de)部分煉油(you)廠采用(yong)流(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)和靈活(huo)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)。流(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)是20世紀(ji)50年代開發的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技術,與(yu)(yu)延(yan)遲(chi)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)相比(bi),具有反(fan)應溫(wen)度(du)高,液(ye)體(ti)(ti)收率高、焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)炭(tan)及氣體(ti)(ti)收率較低的(de)優點。流(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)從20世紀(ji)70年代后很少建設。靈活(huo)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)是在(zai)流(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)基礎上發展的(de),它是由渣油(you)流(liu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)床焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)炭(tan)汽化(hua)(hua)(hua)組成的(de)聯合工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)。


  國(guo)外延(yan)遲焦化(hua)技術(shu)(shu)以美(mei)國(guo)為代表,比較成(cheng)熟(shu)的(de)有(you)凱洛格(KKellogg.g)公(gong)司(si)(si)、魯姆斯(si)(ABB Lummus Grest)公(gong)司(si)(si)、大陸(lu)(Conoco)石油公(gong)司(si)(si)和福斯(si)特·惠勒(le)(Foster Wheeler)公(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)技術(shu)(shu),從近幾年設(she)計的(de)延(yan)遲焦化(hua)裝置的(de)套(tao)數、液體產(chan)品(pin)收率和公(gong)用工程(cheng)消(xiao)耗等方面來(lai)看,福斯(si)特·惠勒(le)公(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)技術(shu)(shu)占有(you)一(yi)定的(de)優勢(shi)。


  焦化(hua)工(gong)藝是重(zhong)要的(de)渣(zha)油熱加工(gong)過(guo)程,包括延遲(chi)焦化(hua)、流(liu)化(hua)焦化(hua)、靈活焦化(hua)等多種工(gong)藝過(guo)程,如圖5-144所示。
