管(guan)殼式(shi)換熱(re)(re)器又(you)稱列(lie)管(guan)式(shi)換熱(re)(re)器。是(shi)以封(feng)閉在殼體(ti)中管(guan)束的壁面作為傳熱(re)(re)面的間壁式(shi)換熱(re)(re)器。這種(zhong)換熱(re)(re)器結(jie)構較簡單,操作可(ke)靠,可(ke)用(yong)(yong)各種(zhong)結(jie)構材料(主要是(shi)金屬材料)制造,能在高溫、高壓下使用(yong)(yong),是(shi)目前應用(yong)(yong)最廣的類(lei)型。


  管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)式(shi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)由殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)、傳熱(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)、折流(liu)(liu)板(ban)(ban)(擋(dang)板(ban)(ban))和(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱等部件組成。殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)多為(wei)圓筒形,內(nei)部裝有(you)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)兩端固定(ding)在管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)上,而管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)又(you)與外(wai)殼(ke)連接在一(yi)起。進行換熱(re)的(de)(de)冷、熱(re)兩種(zhong)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti),一(yi)種(zhong)在管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)流(liu)(liu)動,稱(cheng)為(wei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti);另一(yi)種(zhong)在管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)(liu)動,稱(cheng)為(wei)殼(ke)程流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)。為(wei)提高管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)傳熱(re)膜系數,通常(chang)在殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)內(nei)安裝若干擋(dang)板(ban)(ban)。擋(dang)板(ban)(ban)可提高殼(ke)程流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)速度,迫使流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)按規(gui)定(ding)路程多次橫向通過管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu),增(zeng)強流(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)湍流(liu)(liu)程度。圖7.2(a)為(wei)最(zui)簡單(dan)的(de)(de)單(dan)殼(ke)程單(dan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)式(shi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)按結構特點分為(wei)固定(ding)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)式(shi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、浮(fu)頭(tou)式(shi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、U形管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、填函式(shi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)、雙(shuang)重管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)和(he)雙(shuang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)換熱(re)器(qi)(qi)等,前3種(zhong)應用比較普(pu)遍。

  管(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)式換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu)由許多管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)組(zu)成,管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu)構成換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)面。為(wei)了增加(jia)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)空(kong)間的(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)速(su),以提高(gao)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)的(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)膜系數(shu)(shu)(shu),改(gai)善換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)情況,在(zai)筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)內間隔安裝(zhuang)了許多折流(liu)(liu)(liu)擋板。換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)和兩側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱上(shang)(對(dui)于偶(ou)數(shu)(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)的(de),則在(zai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce))開有(you)流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)進出(chu)(chu)口(kou),有(you)時(shi)還(huan)在(zai)其上(shang)裝(zhuang)設(she)檢查(cha)孔(kong),為(wei)安置(zhi)儀表用的(de)接口(kou)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、排液孔(kong)和排氣孔(kong)等。在(zai)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中,一(yi)(yi)(yi)種流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)從一(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(成為(wei)前(qian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱)流(liu)(liu)(liu)進管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)里,經(jing)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(成為(wei)后管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱)流(liu)(liu)(liu)出(chu)(chu)(對(dui)奇(qi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)單管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)),或繞過(guo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱,流(liu)(liu)(liu)回進口(kou)側(ce)前(qian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)箱流(liu)(liu)(liu)出(chu)(chu)(對(dui)偶(ou)數(shu)(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)),流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)每通過(guo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次稱為(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)。另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種流(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)從筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang)的(de)連接管(guan)(guan)(guan)進出(chu)(chu)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti),流(liu)(liu)(liu)經(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)(shu)外(wai),每通過(guo)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)一(yi)(yi)(yi)次稱為(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)。圖7.2(c)所示為(wei)二管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)、單殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng),工程(cheng)上(shang)稱為(wei)1-2型(xing)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(此處(chu)1表示殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)數(shu)(shu)(shu),2表示管(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)數(shu)(shu)(shu))。同樣,在(zai)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)內加(jia)縱(zong)向擋板也(ye)能得到(dao)多殼(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)結構,見圖7.2(b)。


  按GB151的(de)規定,管殼(ke)式換熱器主要部件如圖7.3所示。
