用管(guan)(guan)道輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送原油(you)、成(cheng)品油(you)和液化石(shi)油(you)氣(qi)的(de)(de)建設工程(cheng)(cheng)。一般包括輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)(guan)道、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及(ji)輔助設施等工程(cheng)(cheng)內容。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)(guan)道系統是(shi)各(ge)(ge)(ge)類(lei)型輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、管(guan)(guan)道及(ji)有(you)關設施的(de)(de)統稱。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)(guan)道工程(cheng)(cheng)中各(ge)(ge)(ge)類(lei)工藝(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)(de)統稱。首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)(guan)道的(de)(de)起點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。中間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間設有(you)的(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)(ge)類(lei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)(de)統稱。分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)(guan)道沿線(xian),為分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)品至用戶而(er)設置的(de)(de)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場。中間加熱(re)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在(zai)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間以(yi)加熱(re)設施為主(zhu)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)(guan)道的(de)(de)終點站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。


(1)輸(shu)(shu)油管道(dao)工程設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算輸(shu)(shu)油量(liang)時,年(nian)(nian)工作天數應(ying)按350天計(ji)算。應(ying)按設(she)計(ji)委托(tuo)書或(huo)設(she)計(ji)合(he)同規定的輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(年(nian)(nian)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)、月(yue)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)、日輸(shu)(shu)量(liang))作為設(she)計(ji)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)。設(she)計(ji)最(zui)小輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)應(ying)符合(he)經(jing)濟及安全輸(shu)(shu)送條件。


(2)輸(shu)油管道設計(ji)宜采(cai)(cai)(cai)用密閉輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)。若(ruo)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用其他(ta)輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi),應(ying)進(jin)行技術經(jing)濟(ji)論(lun)證,并(bing)說明其可行性。當(dang)管輸(shu)多(duo)種(zhong)油品時,宜采(cai)(cai)(cai)用順序輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)。若(ruo)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用專(zhuan)管專(zhuan)用輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi),應(ying)進(jin)行技術經(jing)濟(ji)論(lun)證。


(3)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)管道系(xi)統輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)案(an)應依(yi)據設計內(nei)壓力、管道管型(xing)及鋼種等級、管徑(jing)、壁厚、輸(shu)(shu)送方(fang)式、輸(shu)(shu)油(you)站(zhan)數、順序(xu)輸(shu)(shu)送油(you)品批(pi)次等,以多個組合方(fang)案(an)進行比選(xuan),確定(ding)最佳(jia)輸(shu)(shu)油(you)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)案(an)。


(4)管輸原(yuan)油質量應(ying)(ying)符合國(guo)家現行標(biao)準(zhun)SY/T 7513的規定;管輸液(ye)態(tai)液(ye)化石油氣的質量應(ying)(ying)符合現行國(guo)家標(biao)準(zhun)GB 9052.1或GB11174的規定;管輸其他成品(pin)油質量應(ying)(ying)符合國(guo)家現行產品(pin)標(biao)準(zhun)。


(5)輸油(you)管道系統輸送(song)工(gong)藝總流程(cheng)(cheng)圖應標注首(shou)站(zhan)、中(zhong)間站(zhan)、末站(zhan)的(de)輸油(you)量,進出站(zhan)壓力及油(you)溫等主要工(gong)藝參數。并注明線路截斷閥、大型穿(chuan)跨越、各站(zhan)間及里程(cheng)(cheng)、高程(cheng)(cheng)(注明是否(fou)有翻越點)。


(6)輸油(you)管(guan)道系統(tong)輸送工藝設計應(ying)包(bao)括水力(li)和熱力(li)計算,并進行穩態和瞬(shun)態水力(li)分(fen)析(xi),提(ti)出輸油(you)管(guan)道在密(mi)閉輸送中(zhong)瞬(shun)變流動過程(cheng)的控制(zhi)方法(fa)。


(7)輸(shu)油管道的(de)設計應符合現(xian)行(xing)國家(jia)標準(zhun)GB50253的(de)規定(ding),其穿(chuan)跨越工程設計應符合國家(jia)現(xian)行(xing)標準(zhun) SY/T 0015.1 SY/T 0015.2的(de)有關規定(ding)。


(8)原油管(guan)道(dao)、成品(pin)油管(guan)道(dao)和液(ye)態液(ye)化(hua)石油氣(LPG)管(guan)道(dao)系(xi)統輸(shu)送工藝的計(ji)算(suan)(suan)(suan)及成品(pin).油順序輸(shu)送混油段長(chang)度(du)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)(suan)應按現行國家標準GB 50253有關規定(ding)計(ji)算(suan)(suan)(suan)。埋地的原油輸送管道的沿線溫降應按(an)現行(xing)國家標準GB 50253有關(guan)規定計算。


(9)原油管道輸送要求(qiu):


      根據被輸送(song)原油(you)的物理化(hua)學性質及(ji)其流變性,通過(guo)優化(hua)比選(xuan),選(xuan)擇(ze)最(zui)佳(jia)輸送(song)方式;


      加(jia)熱輸送(song)的(de)埋地原油管道,優選加(jia)熱溫(wen)度;管道是否(fou)需保溫(wen),進行管道保溫(wen)與不保溫(wen)的(de)技術經(jing)濟比(bi)較,確定合理方(fang)案。


(10)成品油管道輸送要求:


      按(an)設(she)計(ji)委托(tuo)書(shu)或設(she)計(ji)合同規定(ding)的成品(pin)油(you)輸(shu)(shu)量、品(pin)種與各(ge)品(pin)種的比例,以(yi)及分輸(shu)(shu)、輸(shu)(shu)入數量,進(jin)行成品(pin)油(you)管道系統輸(shu)(shu)送工藝(yi)設(she)計(ji);


      輸(shu)送多品種成品油時,宜采用單管順(shun)序輸(shu)送。油品批量(liang)輸(shu)送的排列(lie)順(shun)序,將(jiang)油品性(xing)質相近的緊鄰排列(lie);


      成品油(you)順序輸(shu)送管道,在(zai)輸(shu)油(you)站間不宜(yi)設置(zhi)副管;


      在順序輸送高黏(nian)度(du)成品(pin)油(如(ru)重油)時(shi)宜使用(yong)隔離裝置;


      多品(pin)種(zhong)成品(pin)油順序輸送(song)管(guan)道,采用(yong)連續輸送(song)方式(shi);當采用(yong)間(jian)歇輸送(song)時,應采取措(cuo)施以(yi)減少(shao)混油量;


      采用旁接油罐輸(shu)送(song)工藝,當多種油品順序(xu)輸(shu)送(song)混油界面通過(guo)泵(beng)(beng)站時,應切換(huan)成(cheng)泵(beng)(beng)到泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)送(song)工藝;


      根(gen)據油罐區的(de)建設和營運(yun)費用(yong)(yong)與(yu)混油貶值造成(cheng)的(de)費用(yong)(yong)損(sun)失兩(liang)個方面進行綜(zong)合比較(jiao)后,確(que)定最(zui)佳循環次數。


(11)液(ye)態液(ye)化(hua)石(shi)油氣(LPG)管道輸(shu)送要(yao)求:


      按設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)委托書或設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)合同規(gui)定的液(ye)態液(ye)化石油氣(qi)輸量、組(zu)分與各組(zu)分的比例,進行(xing)液(ye)態液(ye)化石油氣(qi)管道系統輸送工藝設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji);


      液態液化(hua)(hua)石(shi)(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)在管道中(zhong)輸送(song)時,沿線(xian)任何一點的(de)壓(ya)力都必須高(gao)于輸送(song)溫度下液化(hua)(hua)石(shi)(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸(zheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)。沿線(xian)各(ge)中(zhong)間站的(de)進站壓(ya)力應(ying)比同(tong)溫度下液化(hua)(hua)石(shi)(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸(zheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力高(gao)1.0MPa,末站進儲罐前的(de)壓(ya)力應(ying)比同(tong)溫度下液化(hua)(hua)石(shi)(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)飽(bao)和蒸(zheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)壓(ya)力高(gao)0.5MPa。


      液態液化石油(you)氣在管(guan)道內的平(ping)均流速,應(ying)經技術經濟(ji)比較(jiao)后確定,但要注意因管(guan)內摩阻升溫而需另行冷卻的能(neng)耗,可取0.8~1.4m/s,但最大不應(ying)超(chao)過3m/s。
