藥芯焊(han)絲根據其(qi)內(nei)層填(tian)料(liao)中有(you)無造渣(zha)劑,分為藥粉(fen)(fen)型(有(you)造渣(zha)劑)焊(han)絲和金屬粉(fen)(fen)型(無造渣(zha)劑)焊(han)絲兩(liang)種。


  有造(zao)渣(zha)(zha)劑的(de)按(an)照渣(zha)(zha)的(de)堿(jian)度,可(ke)分為鈦型(xing)(xing)(酸性(xing)(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha))、鈣(gai)(gai)鈦型(xing)(xing)(中性(xing)(xing)(xing)或弱(ruo)堿(jian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha))和(he)鈣(gai)(gai)型(xing)(xing)(堿(jian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha))的(de)焊(han)(han)絲。鈦型(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)系(xi)的(de)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)美觀,可(ke)進行全位置(zhi)焊(han)(han)接,電弧穩定,飛濺(jian)很少,焊(han)(han)接工藝(yi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能優良,但焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的(de)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)抗裂(lie)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能略差(cha)。鈣(gai)(gai)型(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)系(xi)的(de)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)抗裂(lie)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能優良,而焊(han)(han)縫(feng)成(cheng)形(xing)和(he)焊(han)(han)接工藝(yi)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能稍差(cha)。鈣(gai)(gai)鈦型(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)系(xi)介于上述兩(liang)者之間。


  無造(zao)(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)接工(gong)藝性(xing)能(neng)類似于實(shi)心焊(han)(han)絲(si),其熔敷效(xiao)率和(he)抗裂性(xing)能(neng)優于有(you)造(zao)(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)。無造(zao)(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯成分中(zhong)大部分是(shi)金屬(shu)粉,還加入了特(te)殊的(de)(de)穩(wen)弧劑(ji)(ji),能(neng)保(bao)證焊(han)(han)接時造(zao)(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)少(shao),效(xiao)率高、飛濺少(shao)和(he)電弧穩(wen)定(ding)等特(te)點(dian)。此外,它還具有(you)焊(han)(han)縫擴散氫(qing)含量(liang)低的(de)(de)特(te)點(dian),能(neng)提高焊(han)(han)接接頭的(de)(de)抗裂性(xing)能(neng)。據統計,采用無造(zao)(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)藥(yao)(yao)芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)施焊(han)(han)時,其造(zao)(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)量(liang)只有(you)有(you)造(zao)(zao)(zao)渣(zha)(zha)劑(ji)(ji)焊(han)(han)絲(si)的(de)(de)1/3,所以不需除渣(zha)(zha)就可進行(xing)連續多層(ceng)焊(han)(han)接(3~4層(ceng)),可大大提高焊(han)(han)接生產(chan)效(xiao)率。
