1. 卷邊圈制作方法


  如圖(tu)2-53所(suo)示,將鋼(gang)板(ban)圈(quan)(quan)置于上(shang)下(xia)凹(ao)模之間,內凸模在外(wai)力的(de)作用(yong)下(xia)將鋼(gang)板(ban)圈(quan)(quan)壓(ya)成卷邊(bian)(bian)(bian)圈(quan)(quan)。施力的(de)機具可(ke)采用(yong)液壓(ya)千斤頂。當(dang)鋼(gang)板(ban)厚(hou)為(wei)3mm時(shi)(材(cai)質為(wei)1Cr18Ni9Ti),100kN(10t)的(de)液壓(ya)千斤頂可(ke)制(zhi)作公稱尺(chi)寸(cun)DN25mm的(de)卷邊(bian)(bian)(bian)圈(quan)(quan);當(dang)板(ban)厚(hou)3.5mm時(shi),500kN(50t)液壓(ya)千斤頂可(ke)制(zhi)作公稱尺(chi)寸(cun)DN50mm的(de)卷邊(bian)(bian)(bian)圈(quan)(quan);當(dang)板(ban)厚(hou)4mm時(shi),1000kN(100t)液壓(ya)千斤頂可(ke)制(zhi)作公稱尺(chi)寸(cun)DN80mm的(de)卷邊(bian)(bian)(bian)圈(quan)(quan)。

在加工鋼板圈時,應使其內徑與管子外徑的比為(1:2.1)~(1:2.2)。



 2. 卷邊(bian)短管的制作(zuo)

  短管(guan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)可采用(yong)電動卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)機,其制作(zuo)方(fang)法如圖2-54所(suo)示。內模(mo)的角(jiao)度(du)a有(you)45°、90°、125°、180°四(si)種(zhong)。在管(guan)子上卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)時(shi),內模(mo)(中碳鋼(gang)制成)更換4次,沖壓即成。短管(guan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)比鋼(gang)圈(quan)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)麻煩些,但安裝方(fang)便。卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)圈(quan)與管(guan)道(dao)焊(han)接時(shi),常因(yin)焊(han)縫高(gao)度(du)較大,焊(han)后要進(jin)行加工(gong),否則會造成卷(juan)(juan)(juan)邊(bian)圈(quan)與鋼(gang)法蘭(lan)接觸不緊密的缺(que)陷(xian)。
