1. 減(jian)壓器
減(jian)壓器又稱壓力(li)調節器,其作用(yong)是把儲(chu)存在氣(qi)(qi)瓶內的(de)高壓氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)減(jian)壓至焊接或切割所需的(de)壓力(li),并保持(chi)壓力(li)穩(wen)定(ding)。國產幾種(zhong)常用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)減(jian)壓器型號(hao)及技術參(can)數見表(biao)2-37。
2. 流(liu)量計、氣體配比器
流量的(de)大(da)小將對焊接接頭質量有(you)很大(da)影(ying)響,轉子流量計是氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)保護焊中調節(jie)保護氣(qi)(qi)本流量的(de)一種儀(yi)器。對于混合氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)保護焊還需氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)配比(bi)器,來控制不同(tong)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)流量的(de)裝(zhuang)置。

3. 手工(gong)鎢極氬弧焊(han)焊(han)槍
手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)鎢(wu)極氬弧(hu)焊(han)焊(han)槍(qiang)是手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)保護焊(han)在使(shi)用(yong)過程中不(bu)(bu)(bu)可(ke)缺少的一種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具。它(ta)除了具有焊(han)條電弧(hu)焊(han)用(yong)焊(han)鉗(qian)的性能(neng)(neng)外(wai),還要求焊(han)槍(qiang)輕(qing)便(bian)、靈活,便(bian)于焊(han)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在不(bu)(bu)(bu)同位置長時(shi)間(jian)不(bu)(bu)(bu)間(jian)斷地(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,以及具有良(liang)好的絕緣(yuan)性,保證使(shi)用(yong)者安全。手(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)鎢(wu)極氬弧(hu)焊(han)焊(han)槍(qiang)通常有兩種(zhong):一種(zhong)是氣(qi)(qi)冷式(shi),另一種(zhong)是水(shui)(shui)冷式(shi)。對(dui)(dui)于水(shui)(shui)冷式(shi)焊(han)槍(qiang)要保證水(shui)(shui)流暢通,不(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)有堵塞和滲(shen)漏現象(xiang),不(bu)(bu)(bu)然在施焊(han)過程中突然中斷除會影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)正常施工(gong)(gong)(gong)外(wai),還會對(dui)(dui)焊(han)接質量(liang)造成極大的影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)。氣(qi)(qi)冷式(shi)焊(han)槍(qiang)的氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)同樣(yang)要保持(chi)氣(qi)(qi)流暢通,特(te)別(bie)是新焊(han)槍(qiang)使(shi)用(yong)前,要將氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)中殘留多余(yu)物吹除干凈,這(zhe)樣(yang)才能(neng)(neng)保證輸送氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)的純度,不(bu)(bu)(bu)然將會直接影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)焊(han)接接頭質量(liang)。
