07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不銹鋼是(shi)以2%Mo取(qu)代07Cr17Ni7A1鋼中(zhong)(zhong)2%Cr的半奧(ao)氏(shi)體沉淀硬化不(bu)銹鋼,在(zai)(zai)固溶狀(zhuang)態下,基本保持奧(ao)氏(shi)體組織(含(han)有5%~20%的鐵素體),在(zai)(zai)此(ci)狀(zhuang)態下鋼的韌(ren)性(xing)好,硬度較低,加工(gong)(gong)成(cheng)(cheng)形性(xing)能良好,易于加工(gong)(gong)制造,加工(gong)(gong)后(hou)再經調整(zheng)處理(li)、冷處理(li)及時效處理(li),所(suo)析出的鎳一鋁(lv)強化相(xiang),使(shi)鋼的室溫強度可(ke)以達1400MPa以上,并具(ju)有滿足使(shi)用要(yao)求的塑韌(ren)性(xing)。此(ci)外,由于鋼中(zhong)(zhong)含(han)有Mo,使(shi)之耐還原性(xing)介質腐蝕能力(li)有所(suo)改善。其特點是(shi)在(zai)(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)形過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)可(ke)通過(guo)熱處理(li)工(gong)(gong)藝控(kong)制馬氏(shi)體相(xiang)變溫度,使(shi)其在(zai)(zai)加工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)處于奧(ao)氏(shi)體狀(zhuang)態,以便于機械加工(gong)(gong),成(cheng)(cheng)形后(hou)通過(guo)沉淀硬化使(shi)馬氏(shi)體相(xiang)變,具(ju)有高強度特性(xing)。


  07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不(bu)銹鋼的不(bu)足之(zhi)處(chu)在于(yu)化學成分需精確控制(zhi),熱處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)藝復(fu)雜,縱向、橫向韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)和(he)塑(su)性(xing)(xing)差異大(da),經調(diao)整(zheng)處(chu)理后塑(su)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)損失較(jiao)大(da)。其化學成分和(he)熱處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)藝控制(zhi)范(fan)圍很窄(zhai),熱處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)藝復(fu)雜,性(xing)(xing)能(neng)易(yi)于(yu)波動,低溫韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)差,用于(yu)零(ling)下100℃變脆,易(yi)加工(gong)(gong)硬化,通常需多次中間退(tui)火。


  07Cr15Ni7Mo2Al 、0Cr15Ni7Mo2Al、632不銹(xiu)鋼鋼的綜合性能(neng)優于(yu)07Cr17Ni7Al,因此(ci)其應用(yong)領域也較廣泛。該(gai)鋼廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)宇航、模具行業(ye)、石油化工(gong)能(neng)源工(gong)業(ye)中的耐蝕及400℃以下工(gong)作的承力(li)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)及容(rong)器(qi)以及彈(dan)(dan)(dan)性元件(jian)(jian)。如(ru)用(yong)于(yu)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)、刀(dao)具、壓力(li)容(rong)器(qi)、反應堆部件(jian)(jian)、各種容(rong)器(qi)、管道、彈(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)、船軸、壓縮機盤。
