   強化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)創(chuang)新(xin),“提檔加(jia)速”進(jin)軍(jun)高端產(chan)(chan)(chan)品市(shi)場。在引進(jin)和(he)消(xiao)化(hua)吸收國外先(xian)進(jin)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)裝備和(he)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)(shang),衡(heng)鋼(gang)插(cha)上(shang)(shang)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)創(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)“翅膀(bang)”,開始在無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)制造(zao)的(de)(de)(de)領域啟(qi)航(hang)并騰飛。從1987年(nian)到1997年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)進(jin)行了大(da)小130余(yu)項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)改造(zao)和(he)700余(yu)項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)改進(jin),完成(cheng)重(zhong)大(da)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)項(xiang)目38個,新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)推廣14個,其中5項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)獲(huo)國家專利、6項(xiang)獲(huo)省冶金(jin)系統科(ke)(ke)技(ji)進(jin)步獎、10項(xiang)處于國內領先(xian)地位(wei)。其中,企業(ye)自行設計的(de)(de)(de)ф108mm三輥高精度熱軋無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)機(ji)組(zu)有效(xiao)填補了中厚(hou)壁鋼(gang)管(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)空白,引進(jin)消(xiao)化(hua)吸收的(de)(de)(de)Φ89mm半浮(fu)芯棒連軋管(guan)機(ji)組(zu)使企業(ye)在高壓(ya)鍋爐管(guan)、油管(guan)市(shi)場上(shang)(shang)搶占先(xian)機(ji)。


  2003年(nian)(nian),衡鋼拉開(kai)二(er)次(ci)創(chuang)業(ye)的(de)序(xu)幕,進入新一(yi)輪大技(ji)改時(shi)期,相(xiang)繼建成了二(er)連軋項(xiang)目(mu)、大管(guan)坯項(xiang)目(mu)、套(tao)管(guan)加工(gong)生產(chan)線等一(yi)大批管(guan)國(guo)家、省市重點工(gong)程(cheng)。2007年(nian)(nian),圍繞(rao)“十一(yi)五”發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)規(gui)劃,實施了ф108mm機組改造,啟(qi)動了特大口徑軋機、煉鐵系統建設。2000年(nian)(nian)至2007年(nian)(nian),衡鋼開(kai)發(fa)(fa)油田用(yong)管(guan)新鋼種35個(ge),擁有自(zi)主知識(shi)產(chan)權的(de)經濟(ji)型油氣(qi)用(yong)管(guan)HS系列用(yong)鋼種6個(ge),自(zi)主開(kai)發(fa)(fa)的(de)HSM特殊扣申請了專利。


  2008年(nian)至2018年(nian),衡陽華(hua)菱不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠品(pin)種(zhong)結(jie)構調(diao)整向高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鋼級(ji)轉變、向具(ju)有自(zi)主知識產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)權產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)轉變邁(mai)出堅實步(bu)伐,高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)端產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)穩步(bu)增長(chang)(chang)(chang),拳頭產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)占有率進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)擴(kuo)大(da)(da),新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)能力(li)不斷提升,成為抵御市(shi)(shi)場(chang)風(feng)險、增強創效能力(li)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要砝(fa)碼(ma)。2008年(nian)成功(gong)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)HS80N抗扭套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HS80-3Cr抗腐蝕套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鋼級(ji)臂(bei)架用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)。2009年(nian)油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)進(jin)入行業(ye)(ye)前三強,成功(gong)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)直(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)型(xing)(xing)小套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-2特殊扣(kou)、3Cr-13Cr油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、熱采井套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)。2010年(nian)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)6個,具(ju)有自(zi)主知識產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)權的(de)(de)HSM特殊扣(kou)銷(xiao)量(liang)突破(po)2萬噸(dun),同比增長(chang)(chang)(chang)100%。2011年(nian),衡鋼與中(zhong)(zhong)國華(hua)電集團華(hua)電重(zhong)工裝備有限公司(si)簽訂電力(li)“四大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道”第一(yi)單,填補了衡鋼在(zai)電力(li)“四大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道”市(shi)(shi)場(chang)業(ye)(ye)績(ji)空白的(de)(de)歷史,打破(po)了中(zhong)(zhong)國電力(li)“四大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道”長(chang)(chang)(chang)期依賴進(jin)口的(de)(de)格局。2014年(nian),衡鋼在(zai)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)端油氣用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壓(ya)力(li)容器用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、機(ji)(ji)械加工用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)國產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)化進(jin)程中(zhong)(zhong)“提檔加速”。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),大(da)(da)口徑(jing)拖車(che)氣瓶、P91、13Cr、Gr.8、海(hai)工管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、石油機(ji)(ji)械用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)重(zhong)點品(pin)種(zhong)的(de)(de)技術(shu)障礙得以掃除,C110、V150油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)實現穩定生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。2015年(nian),衡鋼全(quan)面啟動第三輪結(jie)構調(diao)整,部分(fen)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)端產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)取(qu)得突破(po),P91高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鍋管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、鉆(zhan)具(ju)用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)銷(xiao)量(liang)大(da)(da)幅增長(chang)(chang)(chang),L80-13Cr PSL3油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS直(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)型(xing)(xing)油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)實現批量(liang)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。HSM-2特殊扣(kou)批量(liang)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)海(hai)油、江漢油田(tian)。4145、4147牌號大(da)(da)口徑(jing)氣瓶用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)首次(ci)出口美國。C110油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)大(da)(da)批量(liang)供貨塔里木、西北局,石油機(ji)(ji)械加工用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進(jin)入斯倫貝謝,V150高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)強高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)韌套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進(jin)軍(jun)中(zhong)(zhong)東中(zhong)(zhong)亞特殊市(shi)(shi)場(chang)。公司(si)成功(gong)開(kai)發(fa)(fa)SQ14型(xing)(xing)150x150熱軋(ya)車(che)軸用(yong)(yong)無縫方管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、壁(bi)厚≤30mm的(de)(de)C110高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鋼級(ji)機(ji)(ji)械加工用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-3特殊扣(kou)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS雙臺肩螺(luo)紋直(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)型(xing)(xing)油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)。范圍:ф(68~219)mmx(4.5~40)mm,年(nian)設計能力(li)為25萬噸(dun)。


  2008-2018年,衡陽(yang)華菱(ling)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管廠(chang)共有(you)29個(ge)項目(mu)獲(huo)(huo)市級(ji)及以上科(ke)技進(jin)步獎(jiang)(jiang),國(guo)(guo)家(jia)科(ke)技進(jin)步獎(jiang)(jiang)實現(xian)從無到(dao)有(you),“電弧爐煉鋼(gang)復合吹煉技術的(de)研究應用”榮獲(huo)(huo)2016年度國(guo)(guo)家(jia)科(ke)技進(jin)步二等獎(jiang)(jiang)。P91無縫鋼(gang)管及其制備方法獲(huo)(huo)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)專利優秀獎(jiang)(jiang),另有(you)5個(ge)專利在湖南省、衡陽(yang)市獲(huo)(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)。國(guo)(guo)際專利申請實現(xian)突破,首次實施PCT專利申請2個(ge)。主持制定國(guo)(guo)家(jia)和行業標準(zhun)9個(ge),其中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)標5個(ge)、行標4個(ge)。
