1. 紐扣電(dian)池和電(dian)池殼體


一般的干電(dian)池(chi)(chi)為(wei)錳(meng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)或堿電(dian)池(chi)(chi),其(qi)殼體使用表面(mian)處理(li)鋼材(cai)再經(jing)過涂裝即(ji)可,而電(dian)子精密儀(yi)器所使用的紐(niu)扣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)用材(cai),處于表面(mian)處理(li)鋼板和不(bu)銹鋼鋼板的競(jing)爭的狀態。在紐(niu)扣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)中,有堿電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、氧化(hua)銀電(dian)池(chi)(chi)、二氧化(hua)錳(meng)鋰電(dian)池(chi)(chi)和空(kong)氣鋅電(dian)池(chi)(chi)等各種類型電(dian)池(chi)(chi)。


不銹鋼具有耐腐蝕性,適合制(zhi)作電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體。但由于(yu)耐腐蝕的(de)氧化膜(mo)而使(shi)(shi)(shi)導電(dian)(dian)性惡化,因(yin)此多使(shi)(shi)(shi)用鍍鎳(nie)的(de)表面處理鋼板(ban)。不銹鋼亦可以用于(yu)廉價的(de)玩(wan)具類(lei)產(chan)(chan)品,但在(zai)高(gao)性能產(chan)(chan)品中(zhong),則使(shi)(shi)(shi)用鍍鎳(nie)的(de)不銹鋼。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)種(zhong)(zhong)類(lei)當(dang)中(zhong),氧化銀電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),二氧化錳鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)應(ying)用較廣。鍍鎳(nie)不銹鋼的(de)代表型(xing)鋼種(zhong)(zhong)SUS304鍍鎳(nie)后,使(shi)(shi)(shi)用者較多。最近為(wei)了(le)降低生產(chan)(chan)成本,轉為(wei)使(shi)(shi)(shi)用鐵素(su)體系列的(de)SUS430不銹鋼鍍鎳(nie)。


 2. 鋰離子(zi)電池殼體


 用(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)小(xiao)型鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體(ti)材料中,有表(biao)(biao)面處理鋼板(ban)、不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)鋼和(he)鋁(lv)三方面的(de)競爭,在(zai)(zai)(zai)開發(fa)(fa)初(chu)期,因為(wei)鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)爆(bao)炸危險性,所(suo)以(yi),對表(biao)(biao)面處理鋼板(ban)和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)鋼作為(wei)殼(ke)體(ti)材料而展開研(yan)討論證。因為(wei)小(xiao)型的(de)鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)是(shi)長方體(ti),像使用(yong)(yong)完畢而扔掉的(de)打火機(ji)(ji)那(nei)樣形(xing)狀,雖然(ran)使用(yong)(yong)表(biao)(biao)面處理鋼板(ban)并具備沖(chong)壓(ya)成型性優勢,但在(zai)(zai)(zai)常溫(wen)下,靈活充分(fen)地(di)使用(yong)(yong)沖(chong)壓(ya)機(ji)(ji)床(chuang),開發(fa)(fa)多種工(gong)藝方式的(de)沖(chong)壓(ya)技(ji)術(shu),可以(yi)使用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)鋼進行超深(shen)度拉深(shen)工(gong)藝,制造(zao)出不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)鋼產品(pin)化(hua)的(de)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體(ti)。近來,在(zai)(zai)(zai)數(shu)碼照相(xiang)機(ji)(ji)和(he)手機(ji)(ji)使用(yong)(yong)的(de)鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),考慮到輕量化(hua),則鋁(lv)殼(ke)體(ti)鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)亦(yi)產品(pin)化(hua)了,在(zai)(zai)(zai)使用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)鋼材料制造(zao)技(ji)術(shu)中,東(dong)京都大(da)田區的(de)技(ji)術(shu)實力很強。沖(chong)壓(ya)行業人(ren)員采用(yong)(yong)超深(shen)拉深(shen)進行生產制造(zao)。可以(yi)說鋁(lv)和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)鋼在(zai)(zai)(zai)鋰離(li)子(zi)(zi)(zi)電池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體(ti)行業存在(zai)(zai)(zai)著激烈(lie)的(de)材料競爭。


 大型鋰(li)(li)離子電(dian)池,曾以NEDO為(wei)中心,聯合(he)電(dian)池生產廠家參(can)與,分別(bie)開發了移動(dong)型和定置型。圓(yuan)(yuan)柱形和長方體(ti)(ti)形的電(dian)池殼(ke)體(ti)(ti),使(shi)(shi)用(yong)不銹鋼(gang)材料。圓(yuan)(yuan)柱形使(shi)(shi)用(yong)激光焊接制造殼(ke)體(ti)(ti),長方體(ti)(ti)形則采用(yong)超深(shen)拉深(shen)工(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)加工(gong),而盒蓋使(shi)(shi)用(yong)激光焊接進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)接合(he)。雖然正處于開發階段,但已(yi)經(jing)決定在(zai)2010年在(zai)主力(li)客機波音789上,裝(zhuang)設(she)這種鋰(li)(li)離子電(dian)池。所用(yong)鋼(gang)種為(wei)SUS304、SUS304L不銹鋼(gang),板厚(hou)為(wei)0.6-0.8mm,在(zai)常溫(wen)下利用(yong)多道工(gong)序沖(chong)壓(ya)成形。期望在(zai)市(shi)區(qu)(qu)內行(xing)駛的電(dian)力(li)驅動(dong)而在(zai)郊(jiao)區(qu)(qu)是(shi)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)汽(qi)油作(zuo)為(wei)燃料進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)驅動(dong)的兩種動(dong)力(li)汽(qi)車,或電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車上,作(zuo)為(wei)二次電(dian)池,在(zai)實用(yong)化方面取得了顯著進(jin)(jin)(jin)展。從鍍層鋼(gang)板到不銹鋼(gang)的不銹鋼(gang)化的重點是(shi)加工(gong)性和耐腐蝕(shi)性。
