電化學拋(pao)光(guang)用電源(yuan)、設備(bei)和夾具如下:
1. 電源
拋光(guang)對電(dian)(dian)源波形要求不嚴,因此,一(yi)般使用(yong)的直(zhi)流(liu)發電(dian)(dian)機、硅(gui)整(zheng)流(liu)器或可控硅(gui)整(zheng)流(liu)器等均可。電(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)空載要求0~20V可調,帶(dai)負荷的負載為8~10V工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于6V,拋光(guang)速(su)率(lv)慢,光(guang)亮(liang)度不足。
2. 電化(hua)學拋光(guang)槽
可(ke)用聚氯乙烯硬板(ban)材焊接而成,其(qi)上裝有(you)三根(gen)電極(ji)棒(bang),中(zhong)間為可(ke)移動(dong)的(de)陽極(ji)棒(bang),接電源陽極(ji),兩側(ce)為陰(yin)極(ji)棒(bang),并連接電源陰(yin)極(ji)。槽(cao)(cao)(cao)上應有(you)加溫(wen)(wen)(wen)和(he)冷卻裝置。加熱(re)可(ke)安裝鈦加熱(re)管(guan)(guan),降溫(wen)(wen)(wen)可(ke)安裝通(tong)冷水的(de)鈦管(guan)(guan)。也可(ke)以(yi)采用厚(hou)度(du)5mm的(de)鋼板(ban)制成內(nei)外夾套槽(cao)(cao)(cao),內(nei)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)上面襯鉛皮(pi)5mm厚(hou),或襯軟的(de)厚(hou)度(du)3mm的(de)聚氯乙烯塑料(liao)片,夾套中(zhong)可(ke)通(tong)水和(he)蒸氣,以(yi)便進(jin)行加熱(re)和(he)冷卻,可(ke)以(yi)自(zi)如地(di)控制槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei)拋(pao)光液的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)。
3. 夾具材料
用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋁(lv)合(he)金或(huo)(huo)純(chun)鈦材(cai)料制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)的夾(jia)具(ju)比(bi)較理(li)想。它(ta)們導電(dian)好(hao),有一(yi)定的彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)和(he)剛性(xing)(xing),耐(nai)腐蝕,壽(shou)命長。鋁(lv)或(huo)(huo)鈦離子進入槽液無不良影(ying)響(xiang)。不宜使用(yong)(yong)(yong)銅(tong)(tong)、黃銅(tong)(tong)或(huo)(huo)磷銅(tong)(tong)作(zuo)(zuo)夾(jia)具(ju),銅(tong)(tong)離子進入電(dian)解液中,在(zai)(zai)陰極上(shang)(shang)(shang)析(xi)出,在(zai)(zai)斷電(dian)取零件的瞬時(shi),在(zai)(zai)不銹鋼(gang)表(biao)面會立即置(zhi)換上(shang)(shang)(shang)一(yi)層結合(he)力不良的銅(tong)(tong)層覆蓋在(zai)(zai)拋(pao)光表(biao)面,嚴重影(ying)響(xiang)拋(pao)光質(zhi)量。為了提高(gao)夾(jia)具(ju)的使用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命,夾(jia)具(ju)裸露部位(wei)必須(xu)包上(shang)(shang)(shang)聚氯(lv)乙烯膠帶(dai),或(huo)(huo)涂上(shang)(shang)(shang)聚氯(lv)乙烯糊狀樹脂或(huo)(huo)綠鉤膠,然(ran)后在(zai)(zai)200℃烘箱上(shang)(shang)(shang)烤熔(rong)成膜,如此要(yao)進行多(duo)次,使膜達到一(yi)定的厚度。然(ran)后在(zai)(zai)接觸(chu)(chu)點處(chu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)小刀(dao)刮去絕(jue)緣膜,露出金屬面以利于(yu)導電(dian)。每次使用(yong)(yong)(yong)時(shi)都要(yao)在(zai)(zai)堿(jian)液中活(huo)化接觸(chu)(chu)點。
4. 夾(jia)具的(de)導(dao)電能力
電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學拋光(guang)時(shi)(shi)所(suo)用(yong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)密(mi)度(du)比較高(gao),一般情況(kuang)下(xia),一槽電(dian)(dian)流(liu)通過(guo)(guo)可(ke)(ke)達數以千安(an)計,夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)(ju)設計制作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)要考(kao)慮零(ling)件(jian)所(suo)用(yong)最大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)要能夠通過(guo)(guo)夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)板而不(bu)至于過(guo)(guo)度(du)發燙,對鋁板以每平方(fang)毫米通過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)(guo)4A為宜(yi)。夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)(ju)溫升太高(gao),不(bu)便于提放,更(geng)易使夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)(ju)失去(qu)彈性及夾(jia)(jia)持(chi)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)(de)能力。夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)(ju)連接(jie)零(ling)件(jian)的(de)(de)接(jie)觸(chu)面積要合(he)理。根據拋光(guang)表(biao)面形狀和電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在溶(rong)液中(zhong)的(de)(de)分(fen)布,要適(shi)當增加導(dao)電(dian)(dian)接(jie)觸(chu)點(dian),最少(shao)不(bu)小于3點(dian),導(dao)電(dian)(dian)板與零(ling)件(jian)的(de)(de)接(jie)觸(chu)點(dian)必須(xu)緊(jin)密(mi)牢固,在拋光(guang)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)不(bu)得松動(dong),對于重(zhong)量較大的(de)(de)零(ling)件(jian)可(ke)(ke)用(yong)螺(luo)釘擰緊(jin),又要有(you)較小的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)卡印痕。鋁夾(jia)(jia)具(ju)(ju)(ju)在使用(yong)前(qian),要用(yong)熱堿腐蝕一下(xia)才(cai)可(ke)(ke)使用(yong),以除去(qu)鋁在空氣中(zhong)長時(shi)(shi)間放置(zhi)后生(sheng)成的(de)(de)氧化(hua)膜,影響電(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)正常導(dao)入工作(zuo)。
5. 拋光槽液位(wei)高度
在電化學拋光(guang)過程(cheng)中,特別是含有甘油(you)或(huo)添(tian)加劑的(de)拋光(guang)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),會產生大量泡沫浮(fu)于(yu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面(mian),為防(fang)止泡沫溢(yi)出(chu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)外,方便調整槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)相對密度(du)(du)(du)(du),液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面(mian)應(ying)留有空間,因此(ci),拋光(guang)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)位高(gao)應(ying)比(bi)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)總高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)(du)低300mm.在設計(ji)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)的(de)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)(du)時,根據最(zui)大拋光(guang)零(ling)件長度(du)(du)(du)(du)(a)、距槽(cao)(cao)(cao)底空250mm、距液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面(mian)水平面(mian)50mm,液(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)面(mian)水平面(mian)距槽(cao)(cao)(cao)口300mm,即可求得槽(cao)(cao)(cao)的(de)高(gao)度(du)(du)(du)(du)h=250+50+a+300(mm)=a+600(mm).
6. 拋光(guang)槽陽極移動裝置
置放夾具(ju)和零(ling)件的(de)陽極桿為可移動(dong)的(de),移動(dong)速率以(yi)每(mei)分鐘往復10~20次,左(zuo)右行程為100mm。
