1. 制定標準的(de)意(yi)義


   GB/T 34107-2017為首次制定,主編單(dan)位為江蘇銀環精密鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si),參加起草單(dan)位有(you)(you)江蘇武進不銹股份有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中(zhong)國(guo)鐵道(dao)科學研(yan)究院標準(zhun)(zhun)計量研(yan)究所、上海奉賢鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管廠有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、山西太鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)不銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中(zhong)車(che)株(zhu)洲電力機車(che)有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中(zhong)車(che)大連機車(che)車(che)輛有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、中(zhong)車(che)青島四方機車(che)車(che)輛股份有(you)(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、冶金工業信息(xi)標準(zhun)(zhun)研(yan)究院。


   制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是保(bao)障(zhang)軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)安全(quan)營運的(de)關鍵設備。制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力源為壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣或制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)液,精密不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)是用(yong)(yong)(yong)來(lai)輸送壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣或制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)液,實(shi)現(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)載體(ti)。制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)對精密不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)要求非常(chang)嚴格,其質量直(zhi)接(jie)影(ying)響(xiang)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)性(xing)(xing)能。制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)各種(zhong)閥類零件(jian)對精密不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)表(biao)面的(de)清(qing)潔度要求非常(chang)高(gao),不(bu)允(yun)許內(nei)表(biao)面存在異物、氧化(hua)(hua)皮脫落(luo)、銹(xiu)蝕等缺陷(xian)存在。否則會(hui)(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)閥部件(jian)堵塞(sai),動(dong)(dong)(dong)作失靈,造(zao)成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)故障(zhang),從而危及行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)安全(quan)。軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)無(wu)縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)每(mei)臺(tai)/節機(ji)車(che)(che)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)大致使用(yong)(yong)(yong)300公斤(jin)左右(you)。鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)組裝過程中(zhong),通(tong)(tong)(tong)常(chang)會(hui)(hui)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)彎(wan)制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)、預裝卡(ka)套、加(jia)工(gong)(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)螺(luo)紋、焊接(jie)、機(ji)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)等工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)過程。在經過這(zhe)些工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)過程之后,鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)不(bu)應開裂、起(qi)皺,或有(you)超過工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)規定(ding)的(de)缺陷(xian)存在。軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)運行(xing)(xing)環(huan)境復雜,接(jie)觸(chu)風、霜、雨、雪、粉塵、煤塵、紫外線等;還能夠遇(yu)到(dao)弱(ruo)(ruo)酸、弱(ruo)(ruo)堿等工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)。目前,鐵路機(ji)車(che)(che)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)運行(xing)(xing)的(de)線路越來(lai)越長(例如(ru)從哈爾濱到(dao)廣州),氣候變(bian)化(hua)(hua)劇烈,對制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)耐(nai)候性(xing)(xing)能提(ti)出(chu)了更高(gao)要求。軌道交通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)在日(ri)常(chang)的(de)保(bao)養過程中(zhong),制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)部分管(guan)(guan)(guan)路可能會(hui)(hui)直(zhi)接(jie)接(jie)觸(chu)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)清(qing)洗劑。這(zhe)些都對機(ji)車(che)(che)車(che)(che)輛(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)抗腐蝕、強度等性(xing)(xing)能提(ti)出(chu)了很(hen)高(gao)的(de)要求。


   本標準制定前,軌道交通車輛制動系統用精密不(bu)銹鋼無縫鋼管沒有統一的國家標準,用戶訂貨基本上都引用了歐盟或德國的標準。本標準的制定,有利于高端裝備制造用原材料的國產化。該標準適用于軌道交通車輛(機車、動車組、城軌車輛、客貨運車輛等)空氣或液壓制動系統用精密奧氏體不銹鋼無縫鋼管。


2.  主(zhu)要技術(shu)內容


   鋼管外徑尺寸范圍為6~48.3mm,壁厚為1.0~4.0mm。外徑范圍6~30mm的允許偏差為±0.08mm;壁厚范圍>1.5~2.5mm的允許偏差為±0.15mm。鋼的牌號包括06Cr19Ni10022Cr19Ni1006Cr17Ni12Mo2022Cr17Ni12Mo206Cr17Ni12Mo2Ti06Cr18Ni11Ti等6個牌號。鋼管采用冷拔(軋)無縫方法制造,以光亮固溶處理狀態交貨。力學性能要求包括拉伸和硬度。鋼管應進行液壓、壓扁、彎曲、擴口、晶間腐蝕和無損等檢驗。鋼管的內外表面應清潔、光亮、色澤均勻,無氧化皮等異物,表面粗糙度Ra應不大于3.2μm。采用不低于0.8MPa的干燥潔凈壓縮空氣逐根吹掃鋼管內表面,不應吹出任何肉眼可見的固態或液態雜物。鋼管使用木箱包裝,防護應符合鐵路標準TB/T 3218的規定,并采用外套式管帽。鋼管采用噴標方式每隔2米重復標識。鋼管的并應采用防水防潮的箱式包裝。


3. 國內外(wai)標準對比及標準水平(ping)


   和《壓力用(yong)途的無(wu)縫鋼(gang)管交貨技(ji)術條件第5部分(fen)不銹鋼(gang)管》(EN 10216-5)、《精(jing)密(mi)用(yong)途的鋼(gang)管交貨技(ji)術條件第1部分(fen)無(wu)縫冷拔管》(EN10305-1)等標準相比,本標準在尺寸允許偏差、表(biao)面(mian)質(zhi)量、化學成分(fen)、工藝性(xing)能、無(wu)損檢測、包裝等方面(mian)的要求更加明(ming)確、具體和嚴格。本標準為國際先進水平。
