不銹鋼(gang)坯料的端(duan)面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)設備主要完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)兩道工(gong)(gong)序,即平(ping)端(duan)面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和加(jia)工(gong)(gong)潤滑劑(ji)錐形體(ti)(ti)。采(cai)用多(duo)軸加(jia)工(gong)(gong)機床加(jia)工(gong)(gong)坯料端(duan)面(mian)的一個例子(zi)是德國的DSM12/1400=2/1型(xing)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)機床,在此機床上(shang)可同(tong)時完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)端(duan)面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和潤滑劑(ji)錐體(ti)(ti)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。


  不銹鋼(gang)坯料逐個被送到機床的第一個工位,一方面加工端面,另一方面初步車出錐體;隨后坯料進入第二個工位,進行錐體的精加工。機床可以加工φ140~250mm,長度350~700mm的坯料。


  加工平(ping)端面(mian)(mian)(mian)的表面(mian)(mian)(mian)粗糙度(du)為(wei)5μm,平(ping)端面(mian)(mian)(mian)與坯(pi)料軸線垂直度(du)的偏(pian)差不(bu)(bu)大于0.2mm,錐體部(bu)軸線與坯(pi)料軸線的偏(pian)差不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過0.25mm,在端面(mian)(mian)(mian)加工中,被(bei)車削的金屬層深(shen)度(du)為(wei)2mm.


  不銹鋼(gang)(gang)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)必須(xu)在(zai)前(qian)端(duan)(duan)(相當于穿孔(kong)筒內襯的下(xia)端(duan)(duan))加(jia)工成(cheng)圓角,在(zai)尾端(duan)(duan)加(jia)工成(cheng)喇叭(ba)口(kou)。而用于穿孔(kong)的碳素鋼(gang)(gang)和低(di)合(he)金鋼(gang)(gang)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao),只(zhi)需在(zai)前(qian)端(duan)(duan)倒棱即可。機械加(jia)工后的不銹鋼(gang)(gang)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)需要(yao)進行脫脂處理。一般(ban)采用3%的堿溶液,溫(wen)度為60~80℃,噴(pen)洗壓力500kPa.堿洗后再用熱(re)水沖洗,然后熱(re)風吹干,防(fang)止在(zai)加(jia)熱(re)和擠壓過程(cheng)中表面滲碳。
